Is it possible to have fleas if you've nevered owned a pet? Absolutley! Fleas feed on any warm blooded body. Fleas can be found on birds, cats, rodents, squirrels, etc. If these animals have gained accesss to your crawl space or attic, infestation of fleas is possible. According to research, 15 females can lay up to a quarter of mllion eggs in just 30 days. Thats a lot of eggs! Fleas are also disease carriers and they can cause Flea Allergy Dermatitis and tape-worms. If you have a flea problem you should seek the help of a profession pest control service.
