Mitchell has been a involved in real estate and homebuilding for 20 years. He is a member of the Rutherford County Board of Realtors and the Rutherford County Homebuilders Association as a partner in the company, Michael's Homes, LLC. The Mitchell Bowman Team has been awarded numerous honors including the Platinum Award for both 2005 & 2006. His team is consistently listed as the Top Sales Agent and Top Sales Team for Coldwell Banker Snow & Wall.
Mitchell is a member of the Kingdom Living Ministries and has one son, Tyler, who attends college at Middle Tennessee State University. As an avid sportsman, Mitchell has coached many basketball and baseball youth teams. Mitchell also sponsors a baseball team with the Boys & Girls of Murfreesboro and a strong supporter of Oakland High School baseball.

Steffron is originally from South Carolina. He moved to Tennessee after over 15 years of active duty in the United States Air Force and owning his own business in Lincoln, Nebraska. Steffron and his lovely wife of twenty-four years Gwendolyn have five robust, adventuresome children who keep things interesting around the James’ household.

Debbie is a native Tennessean and has lived in the Murfreesboro area for over 8 years. Debbie and her husband have been married for 28 years and have one son that attends the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
As a licensed team member with Mitchell Bowman for over 7 years, Debbie supervises and guides our buyers and seller to ensure that their home sale or puchase goes smoothly from beginning to end. She also assist our clients with pre-sales in their selection process of their new home. She is dedicated to offering our customers exceptional service.
Michele works closely with Michael's Homes and new construction buyers on their selections as the New Construction Coordinator. She also assists Realtors with Results-The Mitchell Bowman Team with marketing efforts for buyers and sellers.
Michele has lived in the middle Tennessee area most of her life. Michele has previously been employed at Middle Tennessee State University and University of South Florida Health in Tampa, Florida. Michele and her son, Stephen live in the North Murfreesboro area. Stephen is a student at Middle Tennessee State University.
